I am a 1999 graduate of the Southeastern School of Neuromuscular and Massage Therapy in Charlotte, NC. I offer Deep Tissue, Neuromuscular Therapy, Trigger Point Therapy and Therapeutic massages. My massage practice has spent the last 11 years specializing in working with people who have suffered from chronic pain, tension, injury or just stressed out. If you are experiencing chronic headaches, upper or lower back pain, sciatica, neck pain or shoulder pain, I can help.

Over the last 11 years my typical client has ranged from golfers, the weekend warrior, cyclists, medical professionals, tennis players, CEO's, athletes, police officers, correction officers, firemen and women, homemakers, to the the client who has suffered from an auto accident or injury at some point and time. All of my massages are tailored and customized for each individual client's individual needs. Everyones needs and issues are different, so my massage session varys on each individual.
Most of my massages combine more than one style of therapy during a session.

Unlike other massage practices, my prices are based on the length of time of a session not on the type of massage given. For example a Deep Tissue massage costs the same as a Therapeutic massage session. A 1 hour massage session is 60 minutes of actual bodywork and table time. A 90 minute massage session is 90 minutes of actual bodywork and table time.

I am licensed in the State of Florida and fully insured. All massages are for therapeutic purposes only. Draping is required on all massages. All massages follow Florida state laws and guidelines.
