My bodywork specialty techniques techniques include: Myofascial Release, Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Polarity Therapy, Reflexology, Stretching and Range of Motion. I also have an Aqua-Massage PT 250 machine that has been a wonderful addition to the practice. This service is free the day of your appointment, walk-ins are entitled to a 10 minute free trial, I offer packages for this as well. The rate for this machine is a dollar a minute, and it is customized to your specific needs.

As a massage therapist, I specialize in bringing healing and empowerment to the individual as a whole through a variety of body work techniques. My mission is to bring relief to those suffering from acute, chronic and the "sometimes" pain. It is my passion to work with athletes, competitive and non-competitive, help maintain their conditioning and bring them to new athletic heights. Through my vast studies and experience as a massage therapist, the session is customized to you, whether you are the athlete, suffer from headaches, or in need of generalized pain relief,there is something for everyone. East West Healing Solutions is located in Palm Harbor, Florida. We are an alternative pain management center, offering massage therapy with me, Cindy Berard, and acupuncture and Chinese medicine with Dr. Marie Perkins.

Mondays 12 p.m. - 7 p.m.

As a new client, I ask that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your first appointment to allow time for intake paperwork. Please note, any information shared is held under the strictest confidence, and will not be shared.

I do a complete intake, usually 15 minutes, doing this allows me to get the best picture and information to give you the best session. Be open, honest and no information is too much information.

I understand the first time receiving a massage can be un-nerving, so let me walk you through a typical session. After paperwork and our intake, I ask that you disrobe to YOUR comfort level, and I leave the room, closing the door behind me. You get on the table, letting me know when you are ready to receive your massage. You will be fully draped, the only areas of exposure is the area I am working on. I work with heat lamps to warm my table, and relax your muscles.

** I do accept walk-in clients, however, a phone call made at least 10 minutes ahead of time to ensure an appointment is best.

** I do not do out bound calls, couples massage or pregnancy massage. If you are looking for couples & pregnancy massage, I have a wonderful massage therapist that I personally go to that I can refer you to.

** If a cancellation is necessary, please give a courtesy phone call 24 hours in advance.

** If you arrive late for your session, you will be charged for the time you had originally booked. I do ask, if possible, to call me and make me aware of late arrival.

As long as I remember, I have always wanted to help those in pain. I worked in restaurants for numerous years and was receiving regular massages by a close friend. I started to ask her questions, and look through her massage books. A light bulb went off. I visited many massage schools, and as soon as I stepped foot into Spa-Tech Institute in Ipswich, MA, I knew I had not only found my "home", but my calling in life. Under the guidance of amazing instructors, mentors and faculty, I became an LCMT. I further pursued the Registered Polarity Practitioner Program to deepen my knowledge of our fantastic bodies.

I wake up every day to do what I love, and love what I do.
